A few kilometers from the Spanish border, find some of the most beautiful beaches in the south of FrancePyrénées-Orientales. Indeed, during your stay in the 4-star Argelès sur Mer campsite, you can easily discover the bestbeaches located less than 30 minutes from your accommodation (by car).
Pine Beach
This northern part of the central beach is located approximately 8 km from the campsite in the city of Argelès-sur-Mer. It has the right facility for maximum comfort. There are showers, toilets,free parking and accessibility for people with reduced mobility. If you come with your family, Pins Beach is highly recommended.
Racou beach
In the Languedoc Roussillon region, it is the last major beach before the Spanish border. If you are looking for discretion and privacy, this old fishing village address is the one for you. It is less crowded than Pins Beach and has no infrastructure facilities.
Tamariguer beach
After a short stroll in the town center of Argelès-sur-Mer, put on your swimsuit and discover Tamariguer beach. Like all the beaches in the heart of this seaside resort, it offers you a selection of restaurants and supervised swimming.
The Porteil cove
The Porteil cove is one of the most beautiful in Argelès-sur-Mer. If you are looking for a diving spot not far from the Les Albères campsite, this cove is the closest. In addition, you can sunbathe there in complete peace, go surfing and snorkelling.
Morenda beach
Located north of the town of Argelès-sur-Mer, about 9 km from your campsite, this beach is packed with activities to do. You have plenty of choice when it comes to water sports. Beachside establishments offer stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, canoeing, wakeboarding, and more. It is no coincidence that this beach has been awarded the “blue flag” label.
Sana beach
Offering one of the most idyllic landscapes in the region, Sana beach in Banyuls-sur-Meris a “must see”. During your stay at the campsite near Argelès-sur-Mer, take a trip to the neighbouring town and enjoy this heavenly setting. This beach is relatively little known. However, it is charming.
The Saint-Vincent cove
This beach in Saint-Vincent is an urban beach. Under the air of a cove, it offers swimming in clear waters at the foot of a famous rock in the city. If you are looking for a swimming spot with a panoramic view, this is the ideal address to remember.
Faubourg beach
Located in Port d'Avall, Faubourg beach is a long beach of fine sand. It offers a postcard background view of the famous Royal Castle. In addition, if you have children, this beach offers water activities for little ones, such as canoeing, surfing, etc.
The Roches Bleues cove
This small sandy cove offers a sumptuous landscape and is one of the famous Batteries coves. It mixes the green and turquoise colours of the Mediterranean coast and is a perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Discretion and tranquillity are guaranteed.
Paulilles Cove
On the Côte de Vermeille, L'Anse de Paulilles is a favourite spot for swimmers. Less than 30 minutes from your campsite accommodation, this historic spot is a former dynamite factory that has been rehabilitated and protected. Now that nature has reclaimed its rights, you can find turquoise waters and quiet corners for sunbathing in peace.
